This Commerce & Fulfillment Policy applies to purchases made through The Merch Table, the official shop of the Music Hall of Fame Club ecosystem. It explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and handled after purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. About The Merch Table

The Merch Table offers a curated selection of physical goods, including but not limited to:

  • Apparel and accessories
  • Music formats (vinyl, tapes, records, and related media)
  • Instruments and music gear
  • Limited releases and collaborator products

Products may be fulfilled directly by Jammin' Alpacas LLC or by trusted third-party partners and distributors.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Some items (especially limited drops or collaborator products) may require additional processing time
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different locations

Once an order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on:

  • Product type
  • Shipping destination
  • Fulfillment partner

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

If you believe your package is lost or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


4. International Orders

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or similar fees

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Because many items sold through The Merch Table are limited, made-to-order, or fulfilled by third-party partners, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

However, we will review return or exchange requests for:

  • Items damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items received
  • Manufacturing defects

To request a review, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos if applicable

Approved returns or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


6. Limited Releases & Collaborator Products

Some items sold through The Merch Table are:

  • Limited in quantity
  • Exclusive to certain periods
  • Produced by collaborator partners

For these items:

  • Returns and exchanges may not be available
  • Fulfillment timelines may vary
  • Availability is not guaranteed after purchase windows close

7. Member Discounts & Access

Members of the Music Hall of Fame Club ecosystem may be eligible for:

  • Discounts
  • Early access to select products
  • Exclusive items

Eligibility may be verified through:

  • NFT ownership
  • Token participation
  • Other community participation mechanisms

Discounts and access:

  • Are subject to change
  • May be limited in duration
  • Are not guaranteed for all products

8. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing at any time
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Limit quantities per customer
  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

Availability of products is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.


9. Third-Party Fulfillment & Products

Some products sold through The Merch Table are fulfilled by third-party partners.

While we work with trusted providers, we are not responsible for:

  • Manufacturing variations
  • Fulfillment delays outside our control
  • Partner inventory issues

We will assist with communication and resolution when issues arise.
