Community Guidelines

Jammin' Alpacas and the Music Hall of Fame Club are built around music, creativity, and community. These guidelines exist to help keep the space welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
By participating in the ecosystem—online or offline—you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
1. Our Community Values
We believe in:
- Respect for artists, creators, and fans
- Open-mindedness across genres, backgrounds, and perspectives
- Collaboration over competition
- Creativity without exploitation
- Having fun without harming others
Music brings people together. Our community should do the same.
2. Be Respectful
Treat others with respect at all times.
This means:
- No harassment, threats, or intimidation
- No hate speech, discrimination, or slurs
- No personal attacks or targeted abuse
Disagreements are fine. Disrespect is not.
3. No Harmful or Illegal Behavior
The following are not allowed:
- Illegal activity or promotion of illegal behavior
- Violence or threats of violence
- Sexual exploitation or explicit content
- Impersonation or misrepresentation
- Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
Protecting the community comes first.
4. Respect Artists & Intellectual Property
Jammin' Alpacas celebrates creativity.
Please:
- Respect artists and their work
- Do not steal, plagiarize, or misuse content
- Follow the NFT License when using Jammin' Alpacas artwork
- Do not create counterfeit merchandise or misrepresent official products
5. No Financial Manipulation or Misinformation
This is a community—not a trading floor.
Do not:
- Promote guaranteed returns or financial advice
- Manipulate conversations around token price
- Spread misleading or false information
- Pressure others into purchases or participation
$JPACA is a utility token. Participation is optional.
6. Participation & Access
Community access, features, or benefits:
- Are not guaranteed
- May change over time
- May be modified or discontinued
Ownership of a token or NFT does not grant permission to disrupt or harm the community.
7. Moderation & Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Moderate content
- Remove posts or materials
- Restrict or revoke access
- Suspend or ban participants
Actions may be taken with or without prior notice when necessary to protect the community.
Moderation decisions are made in the interest of maintaining a healthy, respectful environment.
8. Reporting Issues
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through official Music Hall of Fame Club channels.
We review reports carefully and take appropriate action when needed.
9. Updates to These Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may evolve as the ecosystem grows. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
