This Token & NFT Disclaimer applies to the Music Hall of Fame Club ecosystem, including Jammin' Alpacas, the $JPACA token, Jammin' Alpacas NFTs, and any related websites, applications, or services (collectively, the "Ecosystem").

This document is intended to clearly explain the nature of the digital assets and participation mechanisms within the Ecosystem.

Nothing within the Ecosystem constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Jammin' Alpacas NFTs

Jammin' Alpacas NFTs are digital collectibles and membership artifacts.

Ownership of a Jammin' Alpacas NFT:

• Does not represent ownership in a company or project
• Does not guarantee access to future features or benefits
• Does not confer intellectual property ownership
• Does not imply endorsement, partnership, or employment

NFTs may be traded on secondary marketplaces at your own risk and are subject to market volatility.

4. Mystery Boxes and Randomized Outcomes

Certain Jammin' Alpacas NFTs are revealed through Mystery Boxes, which involve randomized outcomes.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The specific NFT revealed is determined by chance
• Rarity levels are not guaranteed
• Outcomes cannot be changed or reversed
• Mystery Boxes are burned upon opening

No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions are provided due to dissatisfaction with a revealed NFT.

Participation in the Ecosystem involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities
